Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by community learning aims ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 10) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 108)
