Intent

To ensure that, for apprenticeships, an Employment status record of 'Employed' has been returned that applies on the Learning start date

Guidance

Ensure that, for apprenticeship programmes that started on or after 1 August 2016, the employment status on the start date of the programme is 'employed'

Description

For aims that started on or after 1 August 2016, for apprenticeship provision, that are programme aims, the employment status on the start date of an apprenticeship programme must not be unknown

Detailed error condition
Detailed description

For aims that started on or after 1 August 2016 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2016-08-01), for apprenticeship provision (DD07 = Y), that are programme aims ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), the employment status on the start date of an apprenticeship programme must not be unknown

(error where LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 98 on the employment status record that is applicable for the start date of the learning aim)
