Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For apprenticeships (DD07 = Y), where the aim is a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), the employment status should be employed on the start date of the aim (error where LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat <> 10 on the LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate )
Exclusions	Not triggered for ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 353, 355)
