Intent

To ensure that, for an apprenticeship programme where the learner is recorded as 'Not in paid employment', an Employer ID has not been returned in the learner's Employment status record

Guidance

Ensure that, where the record is an apprenticeship and the employment status is 'Not in paid employment', the Employer ID has not been returned

Description

If the record is an apprenticeship and the employment status is 'Not in paid employment' then the Employer Identifier must not be returned

If it is an apprenticeship and the employment status is 'Not in paid employment' then the Employer Identifier must not be returned

(error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 2,3,20,21,22,23,25 and LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 11 or 12 and LearningEmploymentStatus.EmpId has been returned)
