To ensure that apprentices who work for a Small employer cannot be recorded as 'Not in paid employment'

Guidance

Ensure that, for apprentices where the Small employer indicator has been returned, the employment status cannot be 'Not in paid employment'

Description

If it is an apprenticeship standard and the Small employer indicator has been returned, then the employment status must not be 'Not in paid employment'

If it is an apprenticeship standard and the Small employer indicator has been returned, then the employment status must not be 'Not in paid employment'

(error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25 and EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = SEM and EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMCode = 1 and LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 11 or 12)
