Intent

To ensure that, where the learner is an apprentice, a complete employment status record has been returned

Guidance

Ensure that, where the learner is an apprentice, starting on or after 1 August 2013 and are in paid employment, a Length of Employment indicator is returned

Description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship programme, and the Employment status record that applies to the start date of the programme aim is 'In paid employment', and the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2013, then a Length of Employment indicator must be returned

Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship programme (DD07 = Y), and the Employment status record that applies to the start date of the programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), is 'In paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 10), and the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2013 ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp => 2013-08-01), then a Length of Employment indicator must be returned

(error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType <> LOE for this Employment status record)
