Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a funding model FM = 81 or 36 apprenticeship on or after 1 August 2016, where the learner is 16 or over at the start, the minimum planned programme duration is 365 days or more
Description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2016, that are apprenticeships where FM = 81 or 36 and a programme aim, and if the learner is 16 or over, then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must be 365 days or more

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2016 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2016-08-01), that are an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 81 or 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and if the learner is 16 or over ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth >= 16 year), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must be 365 days or more (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate < 365 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
