Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a funding model FM = 35 or 81 apprenticeship, where the learner was over 19 at the start, the minimum duration of the apprenticeship programme must not be less than 6 months
Description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2014, where the funding model is FM = 35 or 81 and an apprenticeship programme, and if the learner is over 19, then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship not be less than 6 months

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2014-08-01), that are an apprenticeship ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 81 and DD07 = Y), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and if the learner is 19 or over ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth >= 19 year), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 6 months (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate < 6 months)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) or part of an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
