Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a Framework or Trailblazer apprenticeship, where the learner was under 19 at the start, the minimum duration of the apprenticeship programme aim is 365 days or more
Description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2014, where the funding model is FM = 35 or 81 and an apprenticeship programme, and if the learner is under 19, then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship not be less than 365 days

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2014-08-01), that are an apprenticeship ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 81 and DD07 = Y), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and if the learner is under 19 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth < 19 year), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship not be less than 365 days (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate < 365 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) or part of an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
