Ensure that, learners who are 19 to 24 on 31 August of the current teaching year, and who have been 16-19 funded High Needs Students, have an Education health care plan record returned to continue funding

Description

If the learner is age 19 to 24 on 31 August of the current teaching year, and is a 16-19 funded High Needs Student, the learner must have an Education health care plan recorded

If the learner is age 19 to 24 on 31 August ( Learner.DateOfBirth 19 to 24 years on 31 August of the current teaching year), and is a 16-19 funded High Needs Student ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25 and LearnerFAM.LearnFAMType = HNS), the learner must have an 'Education health care plan'

(error where there is no record of LearnerFAM.LearnFAMType = EHC)
