To ensure that OfS funded learners are over 16 years old

Guidance

Learners who are under 16 years old, or where the learner Date of Birth is null, should not be funded by OfS (FM = 99 and SOF = 1)

Description

If the learner's learning aim is funded by the Office for Students (OfS), the learner should be over 16 on 31 July of the current teaching year

Detailed description

If the learner's learning aim is funded by the Office for Students (OfS) ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 1), the learner should be over 16 on 31 July of the current teaching year

(error where Learner.DateOfBirth <> null < 16 years on 31 July of the current teaching year)
