For 21/22 the collection requirements for HE data being returned on the ILR have changed.
The Learning Delivery HE entity must be returned for learning aims that meet the following criteria and where the collection requirements for the field apply:
For all providers:
The HE data entity is required for all providers registered with the Office for Students delivering learning aims level 4 and above.
For providers who submit HE data on the HESA return, this HE entity is not required.
